Meet Corey Hawkins
Corey Hawkins is driven by a passion for meaningful connection and innovation. He specializes in shaping inclusive workplace cultures and crafting communication strategies that foster employee engagement and wellbeing. As an experienced leader with more than 10 years of experience in internal communications, diversity and inclusion, and culture-building strategies, he has helped organizations strengthen their cores through authentic storytelling and impactful programs.
He has a bachelor’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in marketing management and a master’s in management and leadership. He is adept at understanding and utilizing diversity metrics to address and influence inclusion strategies and is passionate about community impact, organizational engagement, and ESG. He has worked multiple DEI-facing roles in higher education and similar capacities in law, youth-based non-profit, and fortune 500 companies. No matter the role, he has always found ways to work alongside partners to encourage success in youth.
As a current homeschool parent, he believes in celebrating the brilliance that exists in Black communities and using nontraditional methods that help challenge the narratives that determine success.
